No large trees, shrubs, or creeping vines permitted on
lots.
2.
No permanent fixtures permitted on lots, except headstones.
3.
Crumbling and deteriorating cement borders may be removed.
4.
The Sexton has the
right to remove unsightly trees, shrubs, and bushes. The sexton is not
responsible for accidental damage.
5.
All trash,
clippings and refuse from your lot must be placed in the trash container,
provided.
6.
The Sexton must approve planting of perennial plants.
7.
Artificial flowers must be securely anchored in a container
that can be easily moved for mowing.
8.
The Sexton will dispose of faded artificial flowers and
containers.
9.
Vehicles must stay on the Driveway. No Snowmobiles or ATV’s allowed.
10.
A lot will be sold back to the township for the same price
it was purchased for. The Township will
sell that lot for the current price, although a lot may be given away to
another individual.
