Budge Hearing

Meeting was called to order at 6:32pm
Board Members Present – Heather Marks, Art Moyses &
Public Present – Pam Hall, Rex Houseman, Alberta Houseman, Brent Sible, Mike Houseman, Trevor Flint, and Leanne Draper
Art talked about the income and explained what each amount is and were it is coming from.
2.4% - 4% increase possible on revenue sharing.
We have been paid on 1990 census not 2002 over the years and our population should have increased from 1990.
Board discussed budget line by line.
Anja arrived at 7:05pm
Pam asked about recycling line and how that was paid out.
Mike asked about Revenue Sharing and how we could be affected. Art stated we should be ok.
Motion was made by Anja to adjourn at 7:15pm, Supported by Stacie. All ayes motion carried.
