Brian called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.

No action was taken, as a site plan was never received from Mr. Gingrich.

Discussion followed. Trevor stated he would contact Mr. Gingrich again with the commission’s concerns as to safety issues involved. Trevor will contact Cliff Young, Osceola County Road Commission engineer, explaining concerns with existing safety issues regarding the size of the driveway involved.

Tania made a motion to table the site plan review until our November 10, 2008, meeting. Brian supported. Approved - 3 votes, opposed - 1 vote. Motion carried.

Terry closed the meeting at 6:55 p.m.
