Julie called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.

Betty made a motion to accept the October 16, 2007 minutes, Julie supported, motion carried.

We went over the agenda and added “further projects”.

Julie read aloud the article she wrote for the LeRoy newsletter to get feedback from committee members.

Joan informed us the Road Commission would provide bags for the trash pick up on the county roads. It is possible they will pick up the bags.

The outhouse in the park will be pumped out in the spring, upgrading will be done at that time.

Joan stated the Sportsman’s Club in Tustin would not be free for the Senior Citizens to use until December.

Guidelines to be posted at the bicycle camps:

1. Designate area to be used.

2. Carry out your trash.

3. No alcohol.

More guidelines may be added as needed.

To inform the community of LQL, we plan to make a flyer containing the following: 1) LQL mission statement; 2) Calendar of events; 3) Invitation to join the LQL committee.

Some places to post flyers: area businesses, churches, library, post office and bank.

Joan will check with the library to see about having an area to have information on display.

Betty will check with the Cadillac News and Buyer’s Guide in order to have upcoming events placed in their Community Events section.

The next meeting date will be forth coming.

Betty made a motion to adjourn, Julie supported, motion carried. Julie adjourned the meeting at 7:55 p.m.
