   LeRoy Community Park Rules

1.   Picnic tables are not to be removed from the property.

2.  No littering or contamination of any kind.  Park users are responsible for picking up and removing their trash.  

3.    No Fires of any kind without special permission.  

4.    No use of loud or amplified music, or any other means    that will disturb the peace.

5.  Dogs are allowed on a leash and under the control of the owner at all times.  Any waste products must be cleaned up and removed by the dog owner.

6.   Bicycles are permitted when used in a safe and orderly manner.

7.   No roller blades or skate boarding permitted.

8.   No destruction or defacing of any park property.  Users will be responsible for any damage.

9.   No peddling, soliciting, posting of signs, or distribution of advertisement materials.

    10.  The park is open to the public.  Groups are advised to reserve the pavilion in
            advance by calling Tammy Nelson at 231-768-4489 or 231-768-5211.
